| 摘 要： | 对干砂消失模铸造Ａｌ—７％Ｓｉ合金液的充型能力进行了数值计算。结果表明：聚苯乙烯模样的汽化潜热、发气性及涂料层透气性，涂料层厚度均显著影响合金液的充型能力。

| Abstract: | The fillability of Al-7%Si alloys in Lost Foam Process has been studied by means of numerical simulation. The results show that both properties of the polystyrene material and properties of the coating layer effect the fillability of Al-7%Si alloys significantly. |
