摘    要:管路振动故障已成为新机试飞中的突出问题,一旦管路发生振动故障,将直接危及飞机的飞行安全。为此,针对新机试飞试验的特点和测量参数以及测量分析设备,研究建立了管路振动故障分析与排除的基本方法,以应用于新机飞行试验中。通过对某型教练机液压操纵系统三向接头裂纹故障检查分析,证明了该方法是切实可行的。

Abstract:Vibration trouble in pipe has been an evident problem in new aircraft flight test,once vibration trouble in pipe occurs,which would pose threat to flight safety.According to flight test feature,parameter and equipment for measurement and analysis,one method used to analyze and solve vibration trouble is studied and established,which is helpful in flight test of new aircraft.By analyzing crack trouble in one three direction tie in in hydraulic operational system of one training plane,the conclusion is that this method is reliable and practical.
