摘 要: | 运用电动机反送电原理和中性点不接地系统单相接地时的电压向量图,对110 kV丙站1号、2号主变压器间隙保护装置动作行为进行分析。针对电网故障时并网发电机或电动机反送电对主变压器供电可靠性的不利影响,建议采取"一线一变"的运行方式、调整线路重合闸与进线备自投装置动作顺序、调度与用户管理单位建立联络机制等技术措施和制度管理,最大限度地降低类似事故的影响范围。

Abstract: | Using electric motor reversed feeding theory and voltage vector diagram of ungrounded system in the single-phase ground state,we analyze the action of 110 kV Bing transformer substation 1# and 2# main transformers gap protection tripping.In order to avoid the adversely affect of reversed feeding from generator and electric motor combined to the failure grid,using one transformer-one bus operational mode,adjusting the action sequence of line re-closure and incoming line auto-switch-on device,building liaison mechanism between dispatch center and user and other technical measures and management systems be advised in the paper.By these measures,we can minimize the impact of similar incidents range. |
