中型合成氨厂技改节能措施

Technical modifications for energy savings in medium-scale ammonia plant

Production technology at our plant is heavy oil partial oxidation gasification of quench type. The design capacity is 100, 000 t NH3/a as intermediate product, and the main finished products are ammonium nitrate aam sodaash. The paper summarizes the modifications to the process and equipment, which enable the ammonia output of our plant to increase continuously and the total energy consumption tO decrease year by y6ar. The econonic benefits are significant.
