摘    要:介绍了C207型铜基甲醇催化剂的升温还原过程及生产过程中的一些优化措施。甲醇塔升温还原气采用合成氨驰放气经过中空纤维膜的氢回收装置后的高浓度氢气或醇后气,在还原过程中采用高氢、高空速、低水汽浓度法,尽可能使催化剂在低温多出水。升温还原结束后转入正常生产,催化剂在低温活性范围230℃~260℃尽可能多使用一段时间,不轻易提高热点温度,进甲醇合成塔的总硫体积分数控制在≤0.1×10-6;进醇系统的CO2体积分数控制在0.5%~1.0%,从而达到了延长催化剂使用寿命的目的。

Abstract:The course of temperature rising reduction of the new copper-based methanol catalyst were introduced,and the points for attention and the application are as follows: The ammonia purge gas after its hydrogen being removed is used for the temperature rising reduction of the methanol column.After temperature rising reduction,normal operation is expected.The low temperature active range for the catalyst is between 230℃ and 260℃.This stage is to be kept as long as possible,and raising temperature is not suggested until it is necessary.The volume fraction of the feed into the methanol converter is ≤0.1×10-6 and the volume fraction of CO2 entering the methanol system should be in the range of 0.5%-1.0% so that the life time of the catalyst can be extended.
