微线段齿轮与渐开线齿轮温升对比实验研究

摘    要:提出了的一种新型齿轮——微线段齿轮,微线段齿轮具有良好的啮合性能。在解决了刀具设计的前提下,在国际上首次进行了微线段齿轮的台架实验。介绍了实验设备及方案,采用较易测量的润滑油温升实验来进行微线段齿轮及渐开线齿轮传动性能对比。实验结果表明,在相同工况条件下,微线段齿轮比渐开线齿轮的温升要低,平衡油温较低,从而证明了微线段齿轮的优良性能。

Abstract:Micro-segment gear is a kind of new gear developed by authors,and research results show that it have many better properties. After we had solved the tool design problem, the temperature rise comparisonal experiment of micro-segment gear and involute gear, which was the first bench test for micro-segment gear,was conducted. The test results show that under the same working condition, the temperature of micro-segment gear is lower than that of involute gear. And the equilibrium temperature of micro-segment gear is lower too. The above results demonstrate the good property from one side.
