涡旋压缩机球形防自转机构的分析

摘    要:建立了球形防自转机构的模型,分析了其工作原理,将球形防自转机构简化为平行四连杆机构.确定了钢球数目的合理选择及其相对分布位置.通过对其动力特性的分析,可知它为半周受力,且受力的状态是连续交替循环的一种高效率的防自转机构.

Abstract:A mechanical model of anti-rotation mechanism with balls was established, and its operation principle is analysed,where the con -figuration of simplified parallel four-connecting rods was employed. A reasonable method for selection of the numbers of balls and their relatively distributed position were also determined, It was verified by analyzing the forces on the balls that these forces were half-revolution, and the state of forces of this anti-rotation mechanism is continuous ahernant circulation with high efficiency.
