| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了国家皮划艇队管理系统的设计与实现，简述了在开发过程中使用的技术和框架，Struts、Spring、Hibernace三种框架的组合使得J2EE的开发有更好的灵活性和可维护性，能充分发挥三者的优势，使系统层次划分更为清晰，实现多层开发的低耦合，大大增强了项目的可扩展性，降低了维护成本，提高了软件的开发效率，具有一定的理论和实践意义。
