露天矿山开采中的预裂爆破设计

摘    要:通过建立预裂破碎带的方法对露天台阶开采最终边坡进行保护, 达到一次成型, 保证最终开采边坡前的主爆孔在大孔径药包条件下爆破对边坡壁面不产生破坏, 提高了施工进度并为主爆孔大规模爆破创造条件。通过实例得出了适用于该地质条件下的经验公式, 预裂爆破取得了显著的经济效益和理想的效果, 为500 m 以上高边坡的综合治理提供了一种参考方法。

Abstract:To protect and take once shape of final slopes in opencast mining operation, a method for presplitting broken ground is established to ensure that no destruction of main blast holes is produced by using large hole blasting method prior to final slope mining, creating good conditions for main blast hole's large scale blasting. According to case study, an empiric formula is obtained, which is suitabe for these geologic conditions. The presplitting blasting technology has good economic profits and ideal results, and provides alternative ways for harnessing above 500 m high slopes.
