偏心PDC钻头的研制和应用

摘    要:江汉油田下第三系潜江组盐层特别发育,从潜一段到潜四段存在着大段盐岩,油浸泥岩,泥岩组成的韵律层段,以前使用牙轮钻头及常规PDC钻头钻井该类地层,频繁地发生缩径和卡钻事故。使用偏心PDC钻头在流动性盐岩地层中钻进,因偏心PDC钻头能钻出超尺寸井眼,没有发生卡钻头和下部钻具组合的事故,提高了钻井速度,降低了钻井技术。

Abstract:Salt strata in Eq in Jianghan oil field is developed.There are blocks of rhythm section consist of salt rock,oil-cuting shale and shale.Sloughing and sticking ofen occurred using roller bit and conventional PDC bit in these formation.However,using eccentricity PDC bit drills fluidty salt strata,these is no bit sticking and BHA accidents.The reason is the borehole drilled by eccentricity PDC bit is over diameter.ROP is improved and the cost of drilling will be lowed as a result of using eccentricity PDC bit.
