| 摘 要： | 采用改进的动态规划方法对发电公司的报价进行排序，降低了计算的复杂性。排序后制定的发电计划在满足机组运行约束的条件下，确保全网购电成本最低和排序的公平。同时给出具体的算例，验证了该方法的实用性和合理性。

| Abstract: | This paper presents an improved method of dynamic programming to sort order of each unit,which can decrease the calculation complexity.This method can not only minmize the purchase cost under the condition of operating constraints but also guarantee the fairness.At the same time ,the paper gives a concrete example proving the reasonableness and feasibility of the method. |
