锅炉汽包压制筒节的制造工艺

摘    要:由于大容量电站锅炉汽包的壁较厚,所以在汽包筒节制造时常采用压制成两个半圆瓦片再焊接而成的方法。本文根据锅炉汽包压制筒节的制造工艺顺序,详细论述了筒节瓦片的下料、气割、加热、压制成型以及成型瓦片的测定、配对、纵缝的加工和组装等工序,给出了制造工序的相关技术经验及数据,为相似汽包压制筒节的制造提供了借鉴。

Abstract:Because of the much thick wall of large capacity boiler drum,the pressed and weld longi- tudinal seam is used to manufacture the drum shell ring. This paper discuss the shell tile score, autogenously cutting, heat department, pressed molding, measure, partnership, longitudinal seam ma- C , and the setting. Point out the key techniques experience and data of boiler drum pressed manufacture shell ring. Provide the way of reference for the resemble boiler drum pressed manufacture shell ring.
