缸套微坑加工设备的设计与仿真

摘    要:通过分析现有的缸套微坑加工设备,找出其关键部件为凸轮机构,利用Solidworks设计了一种新的机构来替代目前的机构.并利用Solidworks中的COSMSMOTION对设计的机构进行了仿真,通过仿真生成连接杆运动的速度曲线,从而验证了进行微坑加工的可能性.

Abstract:The cam mechanism of import parts is found by analysing the process to manufacture micro-pit machine.A new mechanism is designed to substitute the cam mechanism by solidworks.And the new machanism is simulated by cosmosmotion of solidworks.Velocity curve of the link lever is generated by simulation,rand the possible to manufacture micro-pit is validated.
