摘    要:论文阐述了在基于运动控制卡的开放式数控系统中如何利用MATLAB引擎接口技术来加入模糊控制的方法.首先选择了模糊控制与运动控制卡中提供的PID控制的结合方式,并且仿真验证了这种方法的优越性,然后解决了在数控系统的控制平台VC 程序中利用MATLAB引擎调用模糊控制箱实现模糊控制的问题.结果表明这种控制方法稳态精度高、响应快、超调小的优点,并且证明了在VC 中利用MATLAB引擎调用控制箱的方法可以充分发挥两者的长处,有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:A method of how to use MATLAB Engine interface technology to add Fuzzy control in the Open CNC system based on the motion controller is introduced in this paper.At first,the integrated way of Fuzzy control and the PID control offered by the motion controller is selected,and the simulation experiments show the advantage of this way,then the problem of how to use MATLAB Engine to transfer the Fuzzy control box to realize the Fuzzy control used in the control plat VC++ is resolved.The results illustrate that the system has good real-time performance,high precision,quick response and little overshoot and indicate that the means of using MATLAB Engine in VC++ can receive the advantages of both of them sufficiently.It can apply broadly.
