纳米AlN润滑材料的制备研究

摘    要:从分子设计的角度,采用溶液聚合法将极性单体马来酸酐(MAH)接枝到低分子量的聚丁二烯液体橡胶(LMPB)分子长链中,制备了一种新的大分子表面处理剂(LMPB—g—MAH),并用其对纳米氮化铝粉体进行表面修饰。对合成的接枝共聚物,改性前后的纳米AIN运用IR、TEM、TGA、粒径分析、接触角、沉降实验等方法进行了表征。实验结果表明:马来酸酐(MAH)已经接枝到低分子量的聚丁二烯液体橡胶(LMPB)分子长链中;当马来酸酐(MAH)的接枝率为9%~11%,用量为10%-12%时,处理后的纳米AIN粉体,颗粒粒径最小,有效阻止了纳米颗粒的团聚。当改性后的纳米A1N以0.2%(质量分数)分散于长城润滑油(H-286)中,可明显提高其抗磨减摩性能及承载能力,极压值由1000N提高为1376N。

Abstract:According to the molecular design, a new graft copolymer macromolecular coupling agent (LMPB - g - MAH) was synthesized by grafting maleic anhydride (MAH) onto the low - molecular - weight polybutadiene liquid rubber (LMPB) with solution polymerization, and it was used as a surface modifier to modify AIN nano- particles; IR, particle size analysis, TEM, TGA, contact angle experiments and the dispersion stabilization were used to study LMPB - g - MAH and nano - AIN. The test results showed that MAH has grafted onto LMPB; The optimum graft degree (GD %) and loading are 9% - 11% and 10% - 12% respectively to modify the A1N nano - particles with LMPB - g - MAH. When the loading of the modified AIN nano - particles is 0.2 wt%, the antifriction performance and the load capability of Changcheng lubricating oil (H- 286) is improved obviously, and PB is increased highly from 1000 N to 1376 N.
