摘    要:基于西北送端大电网频率安全面临的风险,提出了西北送端大电网频率特性试验方法。该方法利用逐步增减网内水电机组出力的方式产生斜坡式频率扰动,通过电网频率响应全过程分析,实测西北电网频率静态全特性。同时,利用打跳网内单元接线内2台大型水电机组的方式制造电网实际频率大阶跃扰动,实测西北全网频率动态特性,检验了网内常规电源机组一次调频动作性能。试验结果表明,所提出的送端大电网频率静态测试方法切实可行。

Abstract:Based on the risk of frequency security of the northwest sending-end power grid, a test method for the frequency characteristics of the northwest sending-end power grid is presented. The frequency ramp disturbance is generated by gradually increasing and decreasing the output of the hydropower generating units in the network. Through the analysis of the frequency response of the power grid, the whole frequency static characteristics of the northwest sending-end power grid are measured. At the same time, the actual frequency large-step disturbance is made by the trip of two large-scale hydropower units in the network. The dynamic characteristics of the whole northwest network are measured and the performance of the primary frequency regulation of the conventional power unit is tested. The practical application shows the feasibility of the proposed method.
