| 摘 要： | 在次磷酸钠抗氧化剂存在下,通过脂肪酸与二亚乙基三胺反应,合成出带有酰胺键的酰氨基胺。其反应条件为脂肪酸与二亚乙基三胺摩尔比为1:1.5,反应温度为180℃,反应时间为3 h。使用氯化苄对合成的酰氨基胺进一步季胺化反应,合成出脂肪酰胺纤维柔软剂。用目标化合物处理的尼龙和聚酯织物,抗静电和柔软性能有较大的改善。

| Abstract: | Amid amines with amide group were synthesized by the reaction of fatty acid with polyamine in the presence of sodium hypophosphite.The reaction was carried out with 1:1.5 mole ratio of fatty acid and diethyenetriamine for 3 hours at 180 ℃.Further,the amid amines with amide group was quaternarized with benzyl chloride,thereby obtaining the fatty acidic amide textile softener.The antistatic capability and softness capability of the product on textile were also tested. |
