高铅硅锌渣绿色回收锗铟的新工艺研究

摘    要:针对锌渣中铅、硅含量高的特点,采用中性浸锌—二段氧压浸出—一段萃取提铟—钙盐蒸馏提锗工艺,锗、铟回收率分别达到93.2%和95.6%,是一个安全、绿色、高效、经济型新工艺。

Abstract:A series of processes were applied to recover germanium and indium from zinc slag with high lead and silicon contents, including zinc neutral leaching, two-stage oxygen pressure leaching, indium extraction, and germanium recovery by calcium salt distillation. The recovery of germanium and indium is 93.2% and 95.6% respectively. The above processes are characterized as green, safe, efficient and economic.
