| 摘 要： | 为促进我国自主CAE软件及产业的发展,阐述我国重大工程项目中CAE软件开发存在的问题以及与国外软件的战略博弈,认为我国不能站在全球价值链的低端,应该从软件系统的质量标准认定和通用软件的综合系统工程等角度促进CAE软件及产业的发展,实现重点领域突破并形成竞争优势.

| Abstract: | To promote the development of independent CAE software and its industry in China,the problems of CAE software development in the major national projects of China and the strategic games with foreign software are detailed.China can not be located in the low-end of global value chain.CAE software and industry in China should be developed from the aspects such as quality standards of software system and integrated system engineering of unified software,and the breakthroughs and competitive advantage in key areas should be achieved. |
