摘    要:开发了以低能耗单片机STC12C5410微控制器为核心的新型户用热量表,其中流量传感器采用了美国德州仪器公司生产的多流束、无磁式TMS3723B系列流量芯片,温度传感器采用铂热电阻,引入软件算法实现线性化处理,有效地提高了系统的精度,降低成本。该热量表达到国家标准CJ128—2000精度,实用效果良好。

Abstract:A heat automatic testing equipment has been developed which used the monolithic micro- computer as the core. Chip design used STC12C5410 control of the new household heat meters, flow sensor chips used TMS3723B flow, the temperature sensors uses platinum resistance temperature detection circuit, the system's design on the introduction of software algorithms to achieve linear processing requirements, can effectively improve the accuracy and lower costs, the practice has produced good results. The smart household heat meter reach the state standards CJ128 -2000 table accuracy requirements.
