管道机器人可靠性分析模糊评判方法研究

摘    要:基于模糊数学和系统可靠性的理论,提出了一种管道机器人可靠性分析的模糊评判方法,该方法是将机器人分为若干子系统,各子系统可靠性影响因素相同,而每个子系统的因素重要程度模糊子集和单因素评判矩阵不同,这样不仅从评判模型上考虑了各影响因素的不同作用,而且在方法上考虑了各影响因素对不同子系统的不同作用程度,因此更具有综合的特点。

Abstract:Based on fuzzy mathematics and theory of systematic reliability, a kind of fuzzy judging method for reliability analysis of pipeline robot has been put forward. This method lets the robot be divided into a number of subsystems. The influencing factors of reliability of every subsystem are the same, where as the fuzzy subsets of importance degree of factors for every subsystem and judging matrix of single factor are different, like this not only the different effects of each influencing factor have been considered in the light of judging model, but also the different effecting degrees of different subsystems affected by each influencing factor have been considered in the method, thus made the method possessing a more comprehensive characteristics.
