石墨电极炼钢时受力状态的有限元研究

摘    要:采用有限元法对比研究了φ500mm的日本电极和国产电极炼钢时电极-接头连接区的热应力分布,对结果进行了分析和讨论,并提出了相应的结论和建议。

Abstract:The distribution of the thermal stresses in the electrode-nipple-jiont section of both Japan and China during steel-melting has been calculated by the finite element method. The results of calculation have been analysed and discussed,and some suggestions have been put forward.
