EPDM/NBR并用胶增容体系的研究

摘    要:采用HAAKE扭矩流变仪考察了不同的增容剂对EPDM/NBR并用胶混炼特性及硫化特性的影响.并采用溶解凝胶法进行了验证实验。同时研究了不同增容剂及其用量对并用胶力学性能的影响。结果表明:增容剂EVA-14、EVA─28、CPE及磺化乙丙橡胶(S─EPDM)均能改善EPDM/NBR体系的相容性.但EVA-14的增容效果更好;加入增容剂后并用体系的均化分散时间明显缩短,交联程度得到了提高。

Abstract:By use HAAKE Torque Rheometer, the effects of the different compatibilizers on mixing and vulcanizing behavior of EPDM/NBR blends were investigated, and experiments were made to prove by solution-gel method. Furthermore, the effects of the different compatibilizers and amounts on mechanical properties of blends were also studied. The results showed that EVA-14,EVA-28, CPE, Sulphonated EPDM all could improve compatibility of EPDM/NBR blends, but EVA-14 has the best result. After adding of compotibilizers, the dispersed time is reduced, the degree of vulcanization is increased. The amounts of EVA-14 should be less than 10wt. %.
