摘    要:介绍了立体成像的研究现状和工作原理;根据时分立体成像原理,提出了双缓冲快速刷新图像的方法,研制出微操作系统的显微立体成像单元;采用体视显微镜、CCD摄像机和图像采集卡,在Windows 98操作环境下开发了显微立体成像软件模块,解决了时分立体成像中普遍存在的闪烁问题,实现了具有一定实用价值的实时显微立体成像单元。

Abstract:This paper first introduces the research background and the principle of stereoscopic imaging. According to time-sequential imaging techniques, a way of double buffer image refreshing is put forward, the micro stereoscopic imaging system is developed. This system makes use of stereomicroscope, CCD cameras and PCI image grabber to collect and transfer real time stereoscopic images. And the module of micro stereoscopic imaging is developed on Windows 98 operating system. Thus, the flicking which is widespread in real-time stereo imaging is solved and the micro stereoscopic imaging unit with great practical value is accomplished.
