水土保持与经济发展

本文利用建立社会主义市场经济理论，找出了水土保持在产业结构中属基础产业的地位。并通过深入分析水土保持与经济发展的相互关系，指出水上流失是经济发展的长期障碍因子，经济发展了能促讲水土保持工作的发展。但并不是说，经济发展了水土流失就会自然得到控制，只要加强法制建设，这种现象就能得到抑制．文章最后还提出今后进行水土流失治理，要建立灾害意识，使有限的投入发挥更大的作用。

Soil and Water Conservation with Economic Development

With the theory of establish ing socialist market economic,this paper findsup the basic industy status of soil and water conservation structure,and by meansof the natural relation between soil and water conservation with economic develop-ment,Indicated that the soil erosion has long teen an obstacle factor to economicdevelopment.The economic development can bring forward about soil and water conservation work.But it doesn't mean that soil erosion naturally controlled whilethe economic was developed.Such phenomenon can be restrained so long as got legality construction strengthened.Finally,this paper also proposed the diseasterconsciousnese set up to harness soil erosion in the future.Therefore,the limitedinvestment plays a greater role.
