摘    要:本文提出了一种基于计算机视觉的螺纹非接触检测技术,牙形和升角是影响紧固螺纹通过性和接触可靠性的重要因素,它们之间存在良好的相关性,通过检测紧固件螺纹部分的累廓线的形状和位置可认判断其通过性和接触可靠性,实验证明了这种设想的可行性,为实现紧固螺纹的螺纹100%检验奠定了基础。

Abstract:This paper proposed a new computer vision based technology to test the thread protion of bolt. The thread form and helical angle of screw are key factors that influence the screw in ability of a bolt and reliability of screw coupling. There exist significant correlation between them, therefore the contour of thread portion can be used to judge the acceptability of a bolt. The hypothesis has been proved to be feasible by extensive experiments.
