金属催化制备手性胺的研究新进展

摘    要:手性胺化合物广泛存在于自然界中并扮演着重要的角色,亚胺的不对称催化还原反应是制备手性胺化合物的最直接有效的方法。金属钯、钴、铜、铼和锌作为亚胺不对称还原的新型催化剂是最近几年发展起来的,在底物普适性和产物对映选择性方面取得了很大的进展。综述了这五种金属催化体系在制备手性胺中的研究进展和存在的问题,总结了每一催化体系的优缺点。

Abstract:Chiral amines widely existed and play an important role in the nature. Catalytic asymmetric reduction of imines represents one of the most important methods for preparing chiral amines. Great progresses have been made both in the scope of substrates and the enantioselectivity with the metal-based catalysts containing Pd,Co,Cu,Re and Zn in the reaction in recent years. The research progress and problems of the five metal-based catalysts in the preparation of chiral amines were reviewed and the advantages and disadvantages in each metal-based catalytic system were summarized.
