心叶黄花稔多糖的微波提取工艺研究

摘    要:文章对心叶黄花稔多糖微波提取工艺进行了研究。试验结果表明:微波提取的最佳工艺条件为料液比1:70,pH=7,微波强度80w,提取时间24min。该工艺条件下多糖得率达12.33%,平均回收率为95.51%。微波提取法具有节省时间、节约能量、提取效率高、控制方便等优点。

Abstract:In the paper, the extraction technology ofpolysaccharides in Sida cordifoliaL, by microwave was studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions of the extraction technology were obtained as follows: the ratio of material to solvent 1 : 50, pH=7, microwave power 80 W and extraction time 24 min Using the technology, the extraction yield of polysaccharides was 12.33 %, and recovery rate was 95.51%. The microwave method saved both time and energy, which was convenient and efficient.
