扇形浇口热流道注射成型PP方椅背靠

摘    要:介绍了PP方椅背靠的形状,研究了扇形浇口热流道注射成型PP方椅背靠的模具结构及运行特征,分析了扇形浇口的设计。根据物料的性能特点,重点分析了模温系统的温控条件以及注射工艺条件对制品的影响。结果表明,按照提供的工艺条件进行调试,所生产的制品无任何流痕,飞边等其他缺陷,效果较为理想。

Abstract:The shape of PP armchair back was introduced. The mould structure and process characteristics for the injection of PP armchair back through fan gate and hot runner were studied. The design of fan gate was analyzed. Based on the properties of materials, choice of the temperature control system and the effect of technical parameters on the products were elaborated . According to technical conditions supplied , the resulted products had no flow mark , flask and other flaws.
