汽车空调用非桥式无刷直流电机仿真研究

摘    要:根据三相4极非桥式无刷直流电机的结构及驱动方式建立了电机随态数学模型,并以1台115W汽车空调用三相非桥式无刷直流电机为例,采用四阶龙格-库塔法对该电机稳态运行的电流进行仿真计算,仿真结果与电机实际情况相符合。试验结果表明,所设计的无刷直流电机完全可以取代原有刷直流电机。

Abstract:On the basis of the structure and the driving circuit of a 3-phase, 4-pole non-bridge brushless DC motor, the mathenatical model of the motor in steady state is presented in this paper. Through the use of 4-order Runge-Kutta method, the simulated waveforms on the steady-state current of a 115W brushless DC motor are got. It has proved that the simulation method is correct and useful.The tested results show that the designed brushless DC motor can replace the ordinary brush DC motor.
