低温表面大流量无沸腾喷雾冷却试验研究

摘    要:对低表面温度大流量无沸腾喷雾冷却技术进行了实验研究.实验以水作为冷却工质,在常温常压下进行,流量范围在0.65~1.1L/min间.发现在相同喷雾高度下,喷雾压力越大,喷雾传热性能越好;在一定喷雾高度范围内,喷雾在待冷却表面形成的圆正好与待冷表面相切时,传热性能最优.此时,喷雾压力0.46MPa条件下,表面温度仅31℃时,最大热流密度达到34W/cm2.

Abstract:Experimental investigation of non-boiling spray cooling with low surface temperature and big mass flux was conducted.At the condition of room temperature and atmospheric pressure,water was used as working medium and water flow rate ranged from0.65-1.1L/min.It shows that the bigger the spray pressure,the better of the heat transfer performance.When the nozzle-to-surface distance is within a certain value,there exists an optimum position where the spray footprint is inscribed to the heated surface.At this pos...
