摘    要:研究了采用增碳工艺法生产球墨铸铁时K/Na-RE复合变质处理的作用。发现:合理使用K/Na-RE复合变质剂能够优化增碳处理工艺,改善铁液质量,显著提高铁液的石墨形核状态,从而增加石墨球的数量,细化石墨球和基体组织。

Abstract:The effect of K/Na-RE modificator on nodular cast iron produced by the recarburation process was investigated. The results indicate that K/Na-RE has an excellent effect on the recarburation process. It can increase molten iron quality and graphite nucleation state remarkably. The graphite nodule amount has an obvious increase, the graphite nodules and the microstructure become fine and homogeneous.
