多中心理念在不同空间下的应用

本文首先介绍多中心城市区域的定义，包括从单个城市、区域、国家或跨国三个空间尺度；然后剖析多中心城市区域不同空间尺度下的作用及潜在问题。最后就多中心理念如何应用的问题，针对不同的空间尺度的多中心城市区域，基于规划过程，提出一种如何从规划目标，规划策略和策略评估三个流程进行应用的方法。

Planning Discussion of Polycentric Urban Region of Different Spatial Scales

This article introduces the definitions of PUR （pol-ycentric urban region） firstly, including from three spatial scal-es of single city, cross-city and cross-region. Then it analyses the functions and the problems of PUR of dif erent spatial sc-ales. At last, in terms of how to applying the theory of Multi-center, considering different spatial scales, it puts forward a w-ay that how to apply from three procedures of planning goals, planning strategies and strategy assessments based on the plan-ning procedure.
