| 摘 要： | 近些年来随着房价的持续攀升，政府部门加大了对房地产市场的控制，各种调控政策频繁出台。本文简要分析我国现有的房地产调控政策，针对调控政策内容及其弊端进行分析，并结合未来房地产调控趋势，对调控政策提出相关意见与建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years, as prices continued to rise, the go-vernment departments strengthen the control of the real estate market, frequent introduce various regulatory policies. This pa-per briefly analyzes our country existing real estate control po-licy, analyzes the problems and regulatory policy contents, co-mbined with the future trend of real estate regulation, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the regulation and control policy. |
