无偿献血志愿者信息管理平台的设计与实现

近年来,各公益单位和一些服务行业都有志愿者加入并提供服务,而且服务队伍也在逐年扩大,作为公益性卫生行业的血站,也有许多为无偿献血提供服务的志愿者,一方面参与无偿献血,另一方面又为献血者提供服务。宁夏全区各血站,大部分都建立了自己的无偿献血志愿者队伍,并随时为献血者提供全面周到的服务。然而随着全区无偿献血事业的发展,需要对志愿者参与无偿献血工作服务进行全方位的管理,因此,笔者站在全区的角度对无偿献血志愿者的管理模式进行了定位,并且探讨利用计算机网络管理模式,提出自己的设计思路与方法,使其能够适应目前全区各血站无偿献血志愿者具体服务内容与理念。

Design and Implementation of Volunteer Blood Donation Information Management Platform

In the recent years, public welfare units and some service industries all had volunteers to join and provide various services, and the service troops are expanding year by year. As the public welfare hygiene profession unit, the blood banks also have many volunteers, who donate blood without compensation and provide the service for the blood donors. Majority of the blood banks of Ningxia established its own volunteer troops. However, with development of troops in the entire area of Ningxia, it is becoming necessary to manage the service in omni-direction. It was proposed its own design and methods to control the troops with compute network management pattern in the article.
