摘    要:针对35mm厚连铸10CrNi3MoV钢板,研究了中心偏析的形态、分布和偏析的元素及物相,同时研究了中心偏析对钢板组织和韧性的影响,结果表明,中心偏析的元素主要为C、S,而对应着C、S元素中心偏析的形态与分布,在板厚中心区出现碳化物和夹杂物的偏聚,中心偏析使钢板板厚中心的韧性相对于近表面,有较大的降低。

Abstract:Aiming at the continuously cast segregated 10CrNi3MoV steel plate with thickness of 35 mm, the shape, distribution, elements, phases of center segregation, and its effect on the microstructure and toughness were investigated. The results show that the main elements are C and S in the center of plate, there are a great deal of carbides and inclusions segregated with carbon and sulfur, and it is the center segregation that makes the toughness of plate center in thickness orientation declined greatly comparing to that on the sub-surface.
