高光无痕注塑成型模具热响应的研究

摘    要:高光无痕注射成型技术是一种新开发的注射技术,能够消除塑件表面熔接痕等缺陷,表面可以达到镜面效果,免去二次喷涂。通过建立模具的二维几何模型,应用ANSYS模拟了加热、冷却过程,获得了模具表面及熔体中心层的热响应和温度分布情况;对比分析了常规注塑与高光无痕注塑两种成型工艺;通过加热、冷却时间及温度分布等对比,验证了高光无痕注塑的优越性。

Abstract:Rapid heat cycle molding is an emerging injection technology, which can eliminate sur- face defects such as weld lines, and then get a mirror effect without the secondary spray. A 2D geometric model of the mold is established in ANSYS. The thermal response and temperature distribution both at the mold surface and the melt eentral layer can be obtained through simula- ting the steam-assisted heating and cooling processes using this model. Compared with conven- tional injection molding, heating time, cooling time and temperature distribution are taken into account. The investigation shows that the rapid heat cycle molding is better than conventional injection molding.
