单相永磁电动机的研究

摘    要:利用Ansys/Maxwell建立了无控制电路的新型单相自起动4槽6极永磁无刷直流电机的二维有限元仿真模型,对电机磁场分布、反电势、负载性能、运行电容大小的选取以及起动性能进行了仿真分析后,试制了样机、并进行了试验。设计达到预期效果,电机适合于工作环境差且可靠性要求高的场合。

Abstract:A 2D finite element analysis model of the single-phase self-start 4-slot 6-pole permanent brush-less DC motor without control circuit board was estab-lished by means of Maxwell of Ansys. The magnetic ifeld distribution, EMF, under-load performance, and the choice of value of the operational capacitor as well as the starting performance, were simulated and analyzed, and then, a pro-totype was manufactured and tested. The design met with the expectation effect suitable for operation with high reli-ability and under the serious working environment.
