| Abstract: | An analysis was carried out on the interface management theory. In view of the features of EPC general contract project such as multi-stage, multi-disciplinary deep cross and multi-participant, the investigation focused on the interface management method for EPC general contract project. An introduction was made to the practice and experience of interface control and management of a large-scale EPC general contract project of non-ferrous metal smelting. |
