摘    要:45钢在预定温度淬火实验后通过在不同浓度(8%、10%、12%、14%)的氢氧化钠(NaOH)溶液快速冷却,试样经过表面处理后,证明45钢在10%NaOH淬火介质中淬火后,平均硬度达到56.1HRC,金相组织比较均匀。表明45钢在10%NaOH快速冷却后,试样的综合力学性能和切削加工性能都有所提高,大大降低了生产成本。

Abstract:After quenching experiments at a predetermined temperature 45 steel was rapidly cooled in sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution with different concentrations (8%, 10%, 12%, 14% ) . After the surface treatment of the sample, it is proved that the 45 steel quenched in 10% NaOH quenching medium has an average hardness of 56.1HRC and more uniform metallurgical structure. It is showed that the comprehensive mechanical properties and cutting performance of 45 steel after rapid cooling in 10% NaOH are improved, which can greatly reduce the cost of production cost.
