低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆料抗开裂性能的研究

摘    要:通过添加特种抗开裂阻燃协同剂,提高了低烟无卤阻燃电缆料的抗开裂性能。抗开裂阻燃协同剂的添加提高材料的力学性能。氧指数测试表明:阻燃电缆料燃烧后可形成炭层,提高了材料的阻燃稳定性,防止滴落现象。力学性能测试表明:阻燃剂与树脂的相容性增强,并且不影响原有的力学性能。低烟无卤阻燃电缆护套料具有较好的抗开裂性能。

Abstract:The anti cracking performance of low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable materi- al can be improved by adding a special anti cracking synergistic flame retardant. The addition of anti cracking synergistic flame retardant can improve material mechanical properties. Oxygen index test indicates that after burning it can form a carbon lay, improving the stability of the flame retardant material, preventing dripping phenomenon. Meehnical properties test indicates that the eompatibity of flame retardant with resin is enhanced, and it does not affect the original mechanical properties. The low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable sheath material has good anti cracking performance.
