预应力换热器的预应力仿真分析计算方法

摘    要:在预应力换热器的制造中,预应力的确定是关键技术之一。结合目前的制造方法,提出了预应力换热器制造新方法,并基于COMOSWORKS有限元分析模块,给出了预应力仿真分析方法。详细分析了预应力换热器工作原理和仿真分析的可行性以及具体应用实例。

Abstract:Ascertain prestress is one of key technology in the manufacture of prestressed heat exchanger. In this paper, combining presently method of manufacture, a new manufacture approach to prestressed heat exchanger is put forward. And based on simulation model of COMOSWORKS, finite element analysis approach to prestress is build up. The working principle of prestressed heat exchanger, feasibility of finite element analysis and an example of analysis are also presented in detail in the paper.
