端板连接耗能梁段偏心支撑钢框架滞回性能研究

摘    要:应用ANSYS软件对端板连接耗能梁段偏心支撑钢框架进行非线性有限元分析。采用梁单元和实体单元联合建模,定义点-面接触并使用MPC算法实现梁单元和实体单元的连接。对已有试验试件进行模拟,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。根据相关研究成果,结合我国现行设计规范,考虑高强螺栓直径及连接端板厚度等参数的影响,设计了8个端板连接耗能梁段偏心支撑钢框架结构模型。有限元分析表明:端板连接耗能梁段偏心支撑钢框架具有良好的延性和耗能能力;螺栓直径过小会导致连接的破坏先于耗能梁段,按照规范设计的连接满足结构受力要求;耗能梁段端板太薄会造成端板变形过大,导致连接节点破坏,建议厚度取值不应小于连接螺栓的直径。

Abstract:The nonlinear finite element analysis for the behavior of eccentrically braced steel frames with end-plate connected link is carried on by finite element software ANSYS,using compositional modeling of beam elements and solid elements,defining node-to-surface contact and using MPC calculation can realize the two elements correct connections. Through simulating the test frame,it is found that the simulation curve and the test curve have a good agreement with each other. Based on the research results in combination with the country design codes,in consideration of the blot's diameter and the end-plate's thickness that influenced the structure performance,eight eccentrically braced steel frames with end-plate connected link are designed and set up. Analysis results show that: Eccentrically braced steel frames with end-plate connected link have great ductility and stable hysteretic behavior. The smaller bolt's diameter lead the failure to occur in the connection area earlier than in the link. Connection design by the codes meets the requirement of the connections. Too thin end-plate will lead a large deformation on end-plate,the connection will be a failure. The endplate thickness of the link should not be less than the blot's diameter.
