苏南地区公共体育场馆经营管理状况及策略研究

通过对苏南地区公共体育场馆的经营管理状况调查研究,发现在提供公益性体育服务的方式上,适当的或优惠的收费是多数市民可以接受的方式;在管理模式上,多数场馆采用差额预算管理,采用自收自支管理模式的场馆最少。提出深化体育场馆经营管理体制改革,促进体育场馆管理运营模式的转变,建立衡量体育场馆社会效益高低的考核指标,提高公共体育场馆提供公益性体育服务的规范性,激发其积极性等建议。

Study on the Management Situation and Strategy of the Public Stadiums in the South of Jiangsu Province

Through the investigation of the management situation of public stadium and gymnasium in the south of Jiangsu Province,it is found that for the public sports service mode,appropriate or preferential fees are acceptable by the majority of the public. For the management model,imbalanced budget is adopted by most stadiums,while management of self-controlled revenue and expenditure is less used. The paper proposes deepening the reform on stadium management system,promoting the transformation of the management mode of sports venues,establishing evaluation indexes to measure the stadium social benefit and standardizing the services of public sports venues.
