| 摘 要： | 以磷铵生产工艺指标中和料浆中N与P物质的量比为例,对比分析了预控法与均值极差图应用效果差异,发现在标准偏差较小的数据分析时,应用预控法效果更佳。

| Abstract: | Taking the N and P molar ratio in process indicators and slurry of the production of ammonium phosphate as example,the difference between pre-control method and application effect of differences in the mean range chart was compared and analyzed. It was found that the application of pre-control method would be better when data with smaller standard deviation was used for analysis. |
