| 摘 要： | 从制革厂购买的半成品蓝湿坯革，经填充后，滚压１～２次，烘干后作为湿法发泡移膜革的坯革，而后涂刮上一层湿式ＰＵ树脂层，经水雾喷射凝固、水槽固化，再经挤水、浸水等操作，最后绷板干燥制成成品革。影响成品革性能的最主要因素是微细孔层的形成，文中对微细孔层的影响因素做了讨论，并提出了配合液的参考配方
