摘    要:研究了锆英石细粉对高纯红柱石基耐火材料的烧结、抗蠕变性和抗热震性的影响。试验结果表明 ,加入适量的锆英石细粉 ,不但可促进红柱石制品的烧结 ,而且可改善制品的抗热震性能 ,但对其抗蠕变性不利 ;其适宜的加入量为 8%左右。借助XRD和SEM手段 ,分析了锆英石细粉改善材料抗热震性和有害于材料抗蠕变性的机理及材料的显微结构

Abstract:As a result of addition of fine zircon powder, change of some properties of high purity andalusite based refractory,such as sintering property,thermal shock resistance and creep resistance, were investigated. The experimental results show that adding proper amount of zircon powder to high purity andalusite based refractory can improve sintering state and thermal shock resistance of the material, but it is disadvantageous to creep resistance of the material.In addition,the mechanism of zircon improving thermal shock resistance and microstructure of the material were analysed by XRD and SEM.
