SED芳烃抽提工艺的工业应用

摘    要:石油化工科学研究院开发的环丁砜抽提蒸馏分离芳烃的专利技术(SED)在上海赛科石油化工有限责任公司550kt/a芳烃抽提装置上进行了工业应用。结果表明,在原料组成较大程度偏离设计值的情况下,苯产品的纯度为99.96%~99.98%,回收率在99.5%以上;甲苯产品的纯度为99.90%~99.92%,回收率在98.5%以上。装置处于高负荷、稳定运行时,综合能耗水平明显优于设计保证值,环丁砜溶剂、单乙醇胺等的消耗很低。

Abstract:The commercial application of sulfolane extraction and distillation (SED) technology developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was carried out on the 550kt/a aromatics extraction unit of Shanghai SECCO 900kt/a ethylene project. The 72h performance test and long run results showed although the feed compositions were different from the design values in some items, the purities of benzene and toluene were in the range of 99.96~99.98% and 99.90~99.92%, respectively; their recovery rates were over 99.5% and 98.5%, respectively. The total energy consumption was lower than the design target and the solvents consumption was very low.
