多轴比例加载下疲劳短裂纹扩展速度的探讨

摘    要:多轴加载下疲劳短裂纹的研究,是近几年来才触及的一个新领域。文章分析了多轴比例载荷与单轴载荷的等效性。提出了多轴比例加载不会改变材料力学性能的假设,在临界面上用能量密度法,类比单轴加载的研究过程,导出了多轴比例加载下疲劳短裂纹扩展速度的计算公式。

Abstract:The research on the rule of short fatigue crack growth rate by multi-axial loading remains a new frontier in recent years.The equivalence of proportioned multi-axial loading and uni-axial loading are analyzed.The hypothesis of inability for proportioned multi-axial loading to alter the mechanical properties of the materials is put forward.Therefore,the formula of short fatigue crack growth rate by multi-axial loading can be derived by adopting the principle of energy density on the critical plane and making an analogy to the research of uni-axial loading.
