摘    要:中原油田文、卫、濮结合部地层具有中原油田各区块复杂地层的特点,即盐膏层发育,盐层厚,塑性流动性强,极易造成漏、喷、塌、卡等复杂事故。针对这种情况,在进入S_1盐层前将钻井液转化成聚磺盐水钻井波和聚磺饱和盐水钻井液,经过对该钻井液的密度、pH值、膨润土含量等性能的适当控制,顺利钻穿了盐层,井径规则。该钻井液体系维护处理方便,排放量少,满足了盐膏层钻井施工的要求。

Abstract:Geological condition in some blocks of Zhongyuan Oilfield is very complicated, large sections of salt beds exist. Such drilling problems as lost circulation, blow out, well collapse and stuck pipe are likely to encountered. Polysulfonate salt water drilling fluids were used in this area when drilling salt bed zones, and the weight, pH value, barite content were properly controlled. Wells drilled using this system were trouble free and the holes were regular.
